Overview
As most of our items are manufactured to order it is our general policy not to accept return of goods. However, if you have ordered a stocked item In exceptional circumstances standard products may be returned to us within 14 days of date of delivery provided that the customer has prior written agreement with quantick to such a return. No claims will be entertained for returns outside this period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Goods are to be returned at the customers’ expense to the original source of supply as specified by quantick and a re-stocking charge of 30% will be made for goods that are of merchantable quality as determined by quantick.
Not all goods may be accepted back into stock for credit. We advise it is best to request samples prior to placing an order if you are not 100% sure a product is suitable for your purpose, which we will send out free of charge, and discuss if a return may be accepted prior to placing an order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@quanticksystems.co.uk to discuss your exchange.
