Cut with a dovetail profile, these strips are ideal for setting in concrete stairs at the casting stage, as once set the dovetail profile creates a mechanical fix meaning it can not pop out. These integrated stair anti-slip strips visually define the edge of a step. They are suitable for use both internally and externally, and provide anti-slip as well as visual contrast to the steps edge.
Each one has a grit-free composite rubber construction, that is both easy to clean and offers high friction on every step, and wont shed any grit making them suitable for areas with more delicate surrounding floor surfaces. They are also heavy duty and suitable for use in a variety of areas including those with a heavy footfall.
These multitread Composite Anti-Slip Dovetail Profile Insert Strips are available to order in both 6mm and 8mm thicknesses. Choose from a range of colours including black, white, yellow, grey and brown as well as widths between 12mm and 60mm available online and up to 295mm on request. Please note that the width of the Dovetail inserts is measured from the widest face of the strip, 6mm thick strips are approximately 2mm smaller on the top of the dovetail and 8mm strips approximately 3mm smaller.
